Physical exercise as determinant on the learning outcomes of the students

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between physical exercises and the learning outcome. The study was conducted at UM Tagum College. The study used non-experimental and descriptive correlation as an approach in this type of research. This study adopted stratified random sampling in choosing 200 students from the Department of Education, BPE-SPE of UM Tagum College. The results on the level of physical exercises revealed the frequent involvement of students in terms of agility, flexibility, power, strength, and cardiovascular capacity. The result also showed level in learning outcome in terms of grade (of the students.) With the results gathered from the study, it implied that there is significant relationship between physical exercises and learning outcome of the students.
