The study dealt on the Instructional Creativity as Determinant on the Learning Outcome of BPE students in UM Tagum College. The primary goal of the study was to determine the significant influence of instructional creativity on the learning outcome of BPE students utilizing quantitative non-experimental study with 200 BPE students from BPE department in UM Tagum College as respondents of the study. Mean, Pearson (r) were the statistical tools used for the data treatment. Results showed a high level of instructional creativity as what the BPE students noticed to their teacher in terms of Initiation, operation and content. The study also showed a high level of Learning Outcome of BPE students in terms of grades. Moreover, there was significant relationship between instructional creativity and learning outcomes of BPE students.
