Abstract
The role of entrepreneurship generates economic growth and innovations. Thus, the study determines the predicting variables which best predict the entrepreneurial intention of 333 business education business students in the Island Garden City of Samal. In this study, the descriptive-correlational design was used. The weighted average mean, Pearson r, and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results revealed that students' entrepreneurial education and mindset levels were very evident. Moreover, the students' entrepreneurial knowledge and preparation levels were evident. The four predicting variables, entrepreneurial education, knowledge, mindset, and preparation, were found to have a significant relationship to the student's entrepreneurial intention. In addition, the result of the regression analysis, among the four predicting variables, entrepreneurial education best predicts the entrepreneurial intention of the students. Consequently, these findings show that entrepreneurial education, knowledge, mindset, and preparation constitute essential components and impact pursuing business ventures.
