Abstract
The study aims to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Financial Management Students of UM Peñaplata college. A simple random sampling technique was used, which included 171 students as respondents, through a non-experimental quantitative utilizing a descriptive-correlational technique of research, validated questionnaire, mean and Pearson-Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Results showed that levels of entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention were very high. This implies that the entrepreneurial intention of BSBA students is very evident. It was found that there was a significant relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention. This suggests that BSBA students with positive attitude about entrepreneurship are more likely to see opportunities to start their own business. They may also be more resilient in the face of setbacks and willing to take risks. The study on the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention among Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Financial Management Students of UM Peñaplata College underscores the significance of cultivating positive attitudes towards entrepreneurship to boosts business success. This is crucial for students aspiring to start their own businesses as it enhances their resilience, risk-taking willingness, creativity, and innovation, all essential for succeeding in the business world.
