Abstract
This study investigates the influence of wages and benefits on employee productivity at NCCC supermarket Samal to ascertain the extent to which wages and benefits were provided to the employees and the level of employee productivity. This research employs a quantitative descriptive-correlational research design. The statistical tools utilized in this investigation were the mean and Pearson r. Survey questionnaires were distributed to 63 personnel at NCCC Supermarket Samal to obtain the data. The results revealed that employees' wages and benefits generated a high mean score, indicating satisfaction. Regardless of having a very high mean score, employee productivity was evident. In addition, a significant correlation existed between wages and benefits and employee productivity. To make employees more productive, NCCC Supermarket Samal must maintain and enhance its strategy over time so that employees are indeed productive in their work.
