Green practices of tourist destinations in Pantukan, Davao de Oro: basis for enhancement proposal

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the green practices of tourist destinations in Pantukan, Davao De Oro: Basis for Enhancement Proposal. The researchers employed the descriptive type of research approach. In this study, the study respondents were local tourists of DavNor and De Oro. Random sampling was used to determine the respondents. There were 200 local tourists of DavNor and DeOro in this study. It was collected accordingly to determine the level of green practices of tourist destinations in Pantukan, Davao De Oro: Basis for Enhancement Proposal. The following summaries of findings were drawn based on the result of the study. The level of the green practices of tourist destinations in Pantukan, Davao De Oro: Basis for Enhancement Proposal was described as high. Lastly, based on the findings, the basis for the proposed enhancement plan is to follow the basic area of green initiative for their operations because green practices in these three areas are essential.
