Leadership practices and interpersonal relationship of teachers
Abstract
This study aimed to find out which domain of leadership practices best influences interpersonal relationship of teacher. The respondents of the study were 163 public elementary teachers from San Isidro South District in the school year 2016-2017. A quantitative non-experimental correlational technique was utilized. The mean, Pearson-rand Regression analysis were the statistical tools used in the analysis and interpretation of the data. Results revealed that the levels of leadership practices and interpersonal relationship of teacher were very high. Moreover, results revealed that there was no significant relationship between the leadership practices and interpersonal relationship of teachers. No domain of leadership practices best influenced interpersonal relationship of teacher.
