Using Likert type analysis, it was found out that the extent of implementation of painting skills training given to the out-of-school youths and unemployed adults was described as extensive or the level of implementation means that the participants learned more from the training program; and the level of satisfaction on the implementation of painting skills training among out-of-school youths and unemployed adults was satisfactorily appreciated the training program.
