From classroom to workroom : an HTE perception on the On the job training students
Abstract
This study measured the perception of the Higher Training Establishment
(HTE) on the skills of the On-the-Job (OJT) students assigned to their
establishments. The Electrical Engineering OJT students were deployed in
several companies in Davao City. After the training the HTEs were asked to
evaluate the students based on several expected outcomes. The results showed
that the OJT students demonstrated the skills and knowledge expected of them.
There were areas that needed to be improved and the activities that will address
