dc.description.abstract | Strategic Management forms the foundation for managerial oversight and evaluation and ensures that senior executives are in the same mindset as their junior counterparts. Employees that are satisfied with the company are more likely to stay with the organization for the long run. The purpose of this study was to assess and identify the level of strategic management at SIMC. The researchers presented this study with a descriptive comparative design to identify the employee's strategic management of Samal Multi-Purpose Cooperative in terms of strategic formulation, strategic implementation, and strategic evaluation. This study surveyed a total of 55 persons. The respondents of the study were employees of Samal Multi-Purpose Cooperative in the Island Garden City of Samal. Results show that employees of SIMC are very highly satisfied with its strategic formulation, strategic implementation, and strategic evaluation offered. Moreover, there was a significant difference between strategic management and position. However, there is no significant difference in the strategic management of SIMC based on employees' perceptions. The report concludes with a discussion of the findings' generalizability and suggestions for future research to further understand this under-studied component of strategic management. | en_US |
