dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted to determine the satisfaction of the tourists in
Malagos Agritourism based on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness,
assurance, and empathy. This will help acknowledge how tourists measure
their satisfaction based on what they had experienced. Also, this study
determines the measurement of the tourists with their willingness to re-visit
Malagos Agritourism wherein they are given options of what they wanted to
experience again and how the latter improve or maintain those aspects to
make people keep on returning. The study used a quantitative method and
used a survey questionnaire that was answered by a total of one-hundred fifty
(150) tourists in Malagos Agritourism and was identified with the use of
RAOSOFT. This study is a combination of adopted and self-made
questionnaire wherein the first part is from the study of Daniel & Berinyuy
(2010) determining tourist's measurement of satisfaction and the second part
is based from the extracted related literature from various authors that
corresponds to the willingness to re-visit Malagos Agritourism. Thus, this study
revealed that the five indicators affect the satisfaction of the tourists. About
their satisfaction, their willingness to re-visit also depends on how much they
wanted to experience specific activities offered by the latter. Since the level of
satisfaction and willingness to re-visit Malagos Agritourism is high, they should
make sure to remain consistent in delivering their services, good quality
products, and entertaining activities to maintain high satisfaction. Hence, this
will make tourists keep on returning and be a loyal customer and spread
positive word-of-mouth.
