Commitment to the teaching profession is one of the critical factors in achieving quality education. It is reflected in the strength of the teacher's involvement in an organization. The study aimed to determine which domain of organizational climate best influences teacher commitment. The study used a quantitative, non-experimental research design using descriptive correlational techniques. The research was conducted in Daliao District, Division of Davao City, and the study's respondents include 240 elementary teachers from five public schools. The researcher used an adapted questionnaire. The investigation results show that the organizational climate is high or often manifested. It is also indicated in the result that teachers' commitment is very high or always manifested. There is a significant relationship between organizational climate and teachers' commitment. Achievement press is the domain that significantly influences teachers' commitment. Keywords: education, organizational climate, teacher commitment, correlational research design, Philippines
