Financial management practices and financial stability among private companies in Tagum City

Abstract

This study is dealt on financial management practices and financial stability among private companies in Tagum City. The main objective of this research was to determine if there is a significant relationship between financial management practices and financial stability using quantitative non-experimental research design with 115 respondents from different private companies located in Tagum City. The statistical tools were Mean and Pearson (r). The result showed a very high level of financial management practices among private companies in Tagum City. Likewise, the level of financial stability among private companies in Tagum City resulted as very high. Moreover, there is a significant relationship between financial management practices and financial stability among private companies in Tagum City. All the domains of financial management practices greatly influence the financial stability of private companies in Tagum city.
