Abstract
This study aimed to assess the financial sustainability of gasoline stations in Tagum City and provide a basis for developing a business continuity plan. A total of 130 owners/managers of gasoline stations were selected using purposive sampling technique and were given questionnaires to gather information. Descriptive non-relationship and quantitative method were used to measure the financial sustainability of gasoline stations in Tagum City. The results showed that the level of financial sustainability among gasoline stations was high with operating efficiency being the highest and profitability the lowest indicators. The study recommends owners to continuously monitor its expenses, adopt efficient staffing techniques, and consider going digital marketing to increase competition in the market and achieve more financial sustainability. This study supports the idea that financial sustainability guarantees steady income streams for capital project financing and job stability for staff members.
