This study dealt on Physical Activity and Self-Efficacy of the students in UM Tagum College. The primary goal of the study was to determine the significant relationship between Physical Activity and Self-Efficacy of students utilizing quantitative non-experimental study. Mean, Pearson ( r ) were the statistical tool used for data treatment. Research showed a high level of Physical Activity in terms of vigorous activity, moderate activity, walking and sitting. To determine the level of self-efficacy in terms of mastery experiences, social modeling, social persuasion, psychological responses. The study also showed a high level of Self-Efficacy in terms of mastery experiences, social modeling, social persuasion, psychological responses. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between Physical Activity and Self-Efficacy. On the other hand, the result of the Pearson ( r ) correlation show that there is significant relationship between physical activity and self-efficacy.
