Abstract
This study aims to enlighten training institution and developers on how address the shout for necessity on resources in exchange of an improvement if not satisfactory on effective learning. Particularly, this study seeks to explore various means of supplementing the different study techniques of learners to develop a structure on the delivery of excellence that is comfortable and favorable for the diverse population of learners. This study further reviewed and analyzed the guidelines on developing facilities intended for training that is conducive for learning. The study utilized a quantitative method, and data was collected through an electronic survey method, online survey form. The instrumentation was adapted from a reliable and related study. In the end, seventy-nine (79) valid responses were gathered from the online survey link provided. Analysis of data was done through descriptive method and one-way ANOVA. According to data and key findings, the students would rely their method of intake in knowledge on how they behave on particular situations. It was evaluated that student tend to favor situation and activities that require physical activity, where they could utilize their hands or their whole body to for the purpose of learning. This entails that movement and hands-on application are the primary approach for these particular learners. Data similarly indicated that learning through visual perception is evident to the entire study sample that took participation in the study, as it ranks second as the most favored situation, this entails that institution should reinforce learning with different technology on visual supplementation to meet the mismatch in the delivery of information. However, as study suggest that every individual is auditory learners by nature and shall only be aided with visual supplementation and a bit of hands-on application if needed, this study assessed that situation oriented towards the use of the auditory perception ranks as the least favored. Although, this is auditory modality did not satisfy the student preference, it should not be neglected but develop for it to be functional. Lastly, the research findings entails that the traditional instructor-centered method will likely be obsolete as the structured system of instruction progress. Supplementation for every learning style should be addressed by careful planning of program to provide services. Additionally, developments should be adequately planned and designed to facilitate and provide refuge for the intended activities of training.
