Job fair may be a recruiting event wherever job seekers meet with multiple employers. Attending a job fair permits job seekers to satisfy with a range of employers at one convenient location; sometimes a building or
conference house. Job fairs offer a suitable setting for students to meet employers and execute first interviews. This is a great opportunity for companies to encounter students and talk to them about their expectations
from them as students and answer their potential questions such as the degree or work experience needed. But some job fairs are somewhat too eminent and therefore the probabilities of really obtaining employment or associate degree interview as a result track zero. Results from the study revealed that, attending on a job fair with enough knowledge and well-equipped on the requirements is essential; performing well during job fairs can achieve our desired outcome and giving my best performance in the interview during job fairs will possibly give me a positive outcome. It is concluded that there is no significant difference in the perceptions
of CBAE practicum students in the University of Mindanao on job fairs in Davao City when grouped according to their profile. It means that the profile of the students does affect their perceptions on job fairs.
