Abstract
The place of women in society has continuously changed. They are no longer restricted to the home. Thus, the problem with having multiple roles, especially in frontline women, is getting worse because of the effects of a health crisis on the holistic being of everyone with no exemption. The study aims to know the relationship between the level of multiple roles of women and the level of their social support system, specifically to know the level of multiple roles of women in terms of career, household work, and the family role and the level of social support system in terms of family, friends and social services. The research study used the Quantitative method, following the descriptive correlation design. This study was participated randomly by 100 women with multiple roles from Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, and Davao del Sur. The findings of the study show a significant relationship between the level of multiple roles of women and the level of social support system in the Davao Region. The result of the level of Multiple Roles of Frontliner Women exposed that Career work is the highest indicator, followed by family roles got high, and lastly, Housework also gained high. Moreover, the overall level of Multiple Roles of Frontliner Women is high. More so, the result of the level of social support system that they receive exposed that the family got the highest indicator, followed by friends got high, and lastly, social support gained moderately. Moreover, the overall level of social support system that they receive is high. However, the result shows a moderate level of social services as the social support system. Therefore, it implies that programs and services should be implemented to support women with multiple roles, not just the Barangay Health Workers.
