Abstract
The primary objective of this study is to know the factors that affect economic standing of farm agritourism in Davao City. This study uses quantitative method with a total of 104 respondents from three different popular farm tourist attractions in Davao City. The respondent’s knowledge and dedication in the field of farm includes giving importance to the natural resources, offering much importance to manpower, HR must be leading to maintain balance treatment, and proper giving of wages could make farmers more dedicated in doing their job. Also, committed farmers are those who gives so much importance, and knows how to preserved natural resources. The correlation matrix, however, shows that the variables were higher than the critical value (p<0.05). Therefore, the null hypothesis should be rejected, and that signifies that the correlation is significantly correlated at 5% level of significance. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between economic development, and economic standing of farm agritourism in Davao City.
