The study entitled "The relevance of Library in Elementary School if Island Garden City of Samal" was conducted to determine if the library is still relevant to the principals, teachers, and students. A qualitative research design was used in this study. An interview format was done to gather the necessary data. These were gathered from (9) respondents who are three (3) principals, three (3) teachers, and three (3) students. They were asked, thoroughly in their perception with the aid of validated questionnaires. Data were analyzed and interpreted using thematical coding. The findings revealed that the library is still relevant because of its value and role in the school community. The use of the library is also emphasized as an indicator of the value of the library. It has been observed from the responses of the participants that the library plays a significant role in giving information, facts, ideas, and references. This tells that the use of the library could be one of the sufficient searching information in terms of reliability, according to the participants. The school administration and teachers may benefit from this study by having the initial idea to enhance the capability of the library since the participants profess its relevance in the school.
