This study entitled loan policies implemented and the level of members satisfaction of Samal island Multi-purpose cooperative was conducted to determine the loan policies implemented and the level of members satisfaction of Samal Island Multi-Purpose Cooperative of Island Garden City of Samal. This sought to answer the following questions: What is the level of implementation of policies by SIMC? What is the level of members satisfaction? Is there a significant difference in the level of implementation of policies by SIMC? Is there any significant difference in the level of members' satisfaction of SIMC? Is there a significant relationship between loan policies implemented and the level of members satisfaction of Samal island Multi-purpose Cooperative? The respondents are the members of SIMC. The method used is descriptive-correlation. The result of this study implies that the level of loan policy implementation of Samal Island Multi-purpose Cooperative (SIMC) in terms of salary loan, regular loam, express loan and bonus indicates that the members are satisfied with the policies being implemented. The petty cash loan got the mean which is very high. In overall, the loan policies implemented by Samal Island Multi-purpose Cooperative (SIMC) got an interpretation of high. In the level of members' satisfaction, the four indicators got satisfied and the petty cash loan got very satisfied rating by SIMC members. In general the overall mean in terms of members satisfaction got satisfied interpretation. There is a significant difference in the level of implementation of policies in terms of the five indicators. This study come up the following conclusions: the level of loan policy implementation of Samal Island Multi-purpose Cooperative is high in terms to four indicators only the petty cash loan got very high. The level of members' satisfaction of SIMC, rate as satisfied in four indicators while the petty cash loan got very satisfied. There is a significant difference in the level of implementation of policies in terms of the five indicators. There is a significant difference in the level of members' satisfaction. There is a substantial positive relationship on the loan policies implemented and the level of members' satisfaction among the four indicators, only the petty cash loan holds no significant relationship to the overall level of members' satisfaction. Based on the findings and conclusions the following recommendation are offered: The policies that got low ratings by the members of SIMC should be improve and modify to what the members really want. We highly recommend that those loan policies implemented in petty cash loan should be maintained and uphold for the best of the members. They must level up those loan policies implemented to the five indicators that got only satisfied ratings to their members. SIMC must conduct an annual survey to get the opinions and suggestions of their members regarding to the loan policies they implemented and make a best course of action into it.
