This study entitled services and facilities of Internet laboratory and level of UMPC students' satisfaction was conducted to determine the significant relationship of facilities and services of the internet laboratory and students' satisfaction. Through this study, the researchers were able to analyze, evaluate, organize and gather data accordingly. This study was realized with the cooperation of the 169 randomly selected students who were visibly present in UM Peñaplata College and were considered as respondents of this study. One hundred eight (108) of them were female and sixty (61) were male. A descriptive correlational type of research design was employed in this study. It is a method designed to determine if the two or more variables are associated with each other. Bot the descriptive and co-relational methods are non-experimental approaches to research. No attempt to manipulate or control or interfere with the variables. Descriptive method measures a variable(s) as they exist naturally and the goal is to describe the variable(s). While co-relation method measures two or more as they exist naturally and the goal is to establish that a relationship exist between variable. Based on the data gathered, the researchers found that, first; the level of internet laboratory services and facilities in UM Peñaplata College was satisfactory. These indicate that they gave an adequate services and facilities to the students. Second, the level of students satisfaction of UM Peñaplata College was neutral. This may imply that the students are either satisfied or dissatisfied. Third, there was no significant difference on the level of students' satisfaction when analyzed by gender, course and year level. Lastly, the researchers found that there was no significant relationship between the Internet Laboratory Services and Facilities and Students Satisfaction.
