The study entitled "Records and admission center services and student satisfaction" was conducted to determine the satisfaction of the student of the services rendered by the Records and Admission Center. The respondents of the study were the students of UM Peñaplata. There are e169 respondents who were classified according to the course, year level and type of student. The method used was descriptive correlation method. The study came up with the following conclusions: the level of services of Records and Admission Center is very satisfactory; the level of students' satisfaction is satisfied; there is significant difference in the level of the students in UM Peñaplata College according to course. But there is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction of the students in UM Peñaplata College according to year level and type of student and there is a significant relationship between the Records and Admission Center and Student's Satisfaction. Based on the findings and conclusion, the following recommendations are offered: The Record and Admission Center Office must be strategically placed in an area that is accessible to all the students. There must be an office expansion for the Records and Admission Center for a more comfortable space to work and file with considering the volume of documents they handle. One database computer should be added in order to speedy the work especially during enrollment and getting necessary documents. They must maintain good relationship towards the students. They must upkeep the trust given by students on their confidential documents. Lastly, they must improve their enrollment processing, in terms of their facilities, in order to make a best impression and also to meet the expectation of the students.
