Abstract
This study aimed to assess the financial management practices of selected night market vendors in Panabo City, focusing on financial planning and financial control. The findings revealed that the overall mean for financial management was 4.49, indicating a high level of financial management among the vendors. The computed F-value of 2.142, with a P-value of 0.064, was greater than the 0.05 level of significance, leading to the non-rejection of the null hypothesis. This suggests that there is no significant difference in the financial management practices of the vendors when analyzed according to their educational attainment. Consequently, the vendors' educational background does not influence their financial management practices or the success of their businesses. Based on these findings, recommendations are provided to further enhance financial management practices among night market vendors.
