This study aimed to determine the relationship between Study Habit and Academic Outcomes among Working Students of UM Panabo College. The independent variable was study habit. The indicators of study habit were time management and study environment. On the other hand, the dependent variable of this study was academic outcomes. The indicator of academic outcomes was general average. The researchers used the non-experimental correlation method and purposive sampling technique in determining the number of respondents. The statistical tools used were Weighted Mean, Mean and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r). The result of computation using r-value is 0.357 associated with the significant value of 0.105 of P-value which is greater than the alpha of 0.05. Moreover, the null hypothesis is not rejected, in other words, there is no significant relationship between study habit and academic outcomes of working students among UM Panabo College. Therefore, study habit could not affect the academic outcomes among working students of UM Panabo College.
