Abstract
The study entitled "Career development and Employees' Performance in Samal Island Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SIMC) in Samal District, IGACOS" was conducted to determine the significant relationship between career development and employees performance in SIMC IGACOS. The respondents of the study were the employees of SIMC Peñaplata branch only. There are 35 respondents in this study. The method used was descriptive correlation method. This study cam up with the following conclusions: The level of career development of SIMC Peñaplata, IGACOS was descriptively good since it has an overall mean agree. The level of employees' performance is good. SIMC employees have the ability to show job excellence through work motivations. There is no significant relationship between career development and employees performance of SIMC in Samal District, IGACOS. Based on the findings and conclusions, the following recommendations are offered: SIMC should promote further education to help their employees become more capable in performing each field of expertise in the workplace. They should provide more trainings and seminars essential to improve their employees' productivity and work performance. They should maintain good relationship and develop camaraderie with their employees to attain their respective goals in their organization easily.
