Social responsibility of selected cooperatives and rural banks in Island Garden city of Samal

Abstract

The study entitled "Social responsibility of selected cooperatives and rural banks in Island Garden City of Samal" was conducted to determine the significant difference in the level of social responsibility of selected cooperatives and rural banks in Island Garden City of Samal. The respondents of the study were the employees of selected cooperatives and rural banks in IGACOS only. There were 30 respondents in this study. The method used was descriptive method. This study came up with the following conclusions: The level of social responsibility of SIMC is outstanding. The level of social responsibility of AMPC is very satisfactory. The level of social responsibility of Money Mall Rural Bank is satisfactory. The level of social responsibility of One Network Bank is very satisfactory. The level of social responsibility of Century Rural Bank is satisfactory. There is significant difference in the level of social responsibility of selected cooperatives and rural banks in Island Garden City of Samal.
