The study entitled "Operational practices and perception of members on financial performance in Samal Island multipurpose cooperative" was conducted to determine the operational and financial performance of SIMC. The respondents of the study were the employees and members of SIMC. There are 70 respondents in the study. The method used was descriptive correlation method. This study came up with the following conclusions. The level of the operational practices of Samal Island multipurpose cooperative was descriptively always since it has an overall mean agree. The result is offend in member loyalty. There is no significant relationship between operational practices and financial performance of Samal island Multipurpose Cooperative. Based from the findings and conclusions, the following recommendations are offered: to the management, an institution that ensures the economic security of tis members it is recommended that they utilize its employees task and work to become more efficient and productive in order to suffice the need of its client and in order to gain more information and data to maintain practices and perception a well sounded relationship with its client and the community. To the future researchers, this study will be a guide to any possible research in the future and can be the basis of the problem of the study and can solve any future problems regarding operational and financial in the cooperative. They can also improve the study that might be more suitable in the condition of future generations. They can also make additional indicators and a new scope and location of the study whether they will study new economic entities such micro, small / medium and large enterprises.
