The study entitled "Collection efficiency in the water system of selected barangay in Kaputian district" was conducted to determine the water system of selected barangay in Kaputian district on how efficient they are in collection of revenue and what is their level of collection efficiency. Through this study, the researcher were able to analyze, evaluate, organize and gather data thoroughly. The study was realized with the cooperation of 6 selected Barangay in Kaputian District. The method used was descriptive correlation. The result of the study implies that the numbers of delinquent payers is higher than the good payers. The level of collection efficiency in the water system of selected Barangays in Kaputian District got an overall frequency distribution of 48.29% and 51.71% and has a descriptive rating of efficient. These clarify that there is a significant differences in Collection Efficiency in Water System in selected Barangay in Kaputian District island Garden City of Samal. it is recommended that the Barangay should implement tight collection policy which obligates the consumers to pay their bills on time that could generate income. To the future researchers, those who wanted to conduct this study; it is suggested that the quantity of family units who are paying their bills on time should be determined or you could lead this type of study to other Barangay and include another variable that were not cover in this study.
