This study entitled "Customers engagement: a factor affecting the level of customers awareness on microfinance services of the residents in Barangay Peñaplata, IGACOS" was conducted to determine the significant difference on the level of awareness of residents engaged and unengaged on microfinance services. The respondents of the study were the residents of the Barangay Peñaplata, also we divided the respondents into two group which is engaged and unengaged residents by one hundred fifty-four (154) in the said barangay. There are 308 respondents in this study. The descriptive method of research was employed in this study that was concerned with the description of data and characteristics about the customer's engagement and factor affecting the level of awareness of residents on microfinance services. The researchers made survey questionnaire that was checked and validated by the panel of examiner of this study. Based on the data gathered, the researchers found that first, most of the engaged residents are not fully aware and lack of information on what microfinance services is. Second, many of the unengaged residents most of them are unaware or not oriented but they already heard about microfinance but still neglected that information. Lastly, the level of awareness of residents engaged and unengaged on microfinance services are sometimes affect the customers engagement.
