The study entitled "Business Profiles: Factor Affecting Customer Satisfaction of Micro Enterprises in Babak District" was conducted to determine the significant difference between the customer satisfaction and the business profile of the Micro Enterprises. The respondents of the study were the business owners of Micro Enterprises in Babak District, also the selected customer in each Barangay under of Babak District. There were 112 respondents in this study. A descriptive method of research was employed in this study that was concerned with the description of data and characteristics about the business profiles and the factors that affects the customer satisfaction of the business. The researchers made survey questionnaire that was checked and validated by the panel of examiner of this study. Based on the data gathered, the researchers found that first; the most number of business according to its length belong to the 0-5 years; second; many Micro Enterprises business is located at Sub-rural areas; Lastly; most numbers of type of business is merchandising.
