Abstract
The study entitled "Relationship between member satisfaction and loyalty of Samal Island Multipurpose cooperative" was conducted to determine the significant relationship between member satisfaction and loyalty of SIMC. The respondents of the study were the members of SIMC. There are 356 respondents in the study. the method used was descriptive correlation method. This study came up with the following conclusions. The level of member satisfaction of Samal Island Multipurpose Cooperative was descriptively very satisfactory since it has an overall mean agree. The results is offend in member loyalty. There is no significant relationship between satisfaction and loyalty of Samal Island Multipurpose Cooperation. Based on the findings and conclusions, the following recommendations are offered: to the management, an institution that ensures an economic security of its members it is recommended that they utilize its employees task and work to become more efficient and productive in order to suffice the need of its client and in order to gain more information and data to maintain satisfaction and loyalty a well sounded relationship with its client and the community. to the future researchers, this study will be a guide to any possible research in the future and can be the basis of the problem of the study and can solve any future problems regarding loyalty and satisfaction and loyalty in the cooperative. They can also improve the study that might be more suitable in the condition of future generations. They can also make additional indicators and a new scope and location of the study whether they will study new economic entities such micro, small/medium, and large enterprises.
