Service quality and customerr satisfaction of Rusi outlet in Island garden City of Samal

Abstract

The study Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction of Rusi Outlet in Island garden City of Samal was conducted to determine the significant relationship service quality and customer satisfaction. Through the study, the researchers were able to analyze, evaluate, organize and gather the data accordingly. the study was realized with the cooperation of 268 Rusi customers who were visibly present in Island Garden City of Samal and were considered as the respondents of this study. The type of research design that was employed in this study is descriptive correlation. it is a method designed to determine if two or more variables are associated with each other. Descriptive method measures variables as they exist naturally and the goal is to describe the variable. Based on the data gathered, the researcher found out that the level of service quality and customer satisfaction in Rusi Outlet is high. They also found out that there is is no significant relaitonship betweeen the service quality and customer satisfaction.
