Abstract
The study entitled Members' Satisfaction and Preference on The Microfinance Institution Services of Barangay Cawag, Island Garden City of Samal was sought to find members' satisfaction and preference on the services offered by the Association for Social Advancement (ASA) Institution. This study incorporates both demand of customer and supply side of Microfinance Institution on their services analysis through quantitative technique. Research was realized with the cooperation of the sixty-one (61) members of ASA Institution and research question investigated in this study is concern with the satisfaction and preference. Survey questionnaire was validated by the panel expert of this study. A descriptive method was employed in determining the relationship of the variables, its influence and effects. Based on the data gathered, the researchers found that most of the members of Association for Social Advancement (ASA) financial institution are very satisfied with the services offered to them in terms of loans, savings and insurance. There is a unified preference of the members on the services offered by the microfinance institution. MFI's are recommended to maintain their policy as their practice in order to retain their members and continue its operation. For the future researchers, it is recommended to study a different microfinance institution as well as another location. Compare and contrast how well unlike microfinance institution creates significant roles in regard to their policies, procedures, terms, conditions, and provisions of their services that being offered.
