This study aimed to determine the significant relationship between sustainability practices and financial performance of Beach resorts in the Babak district. The researchers carried out descriptive correlational non-experimental research using a quantitative research design as the methodology for this study. Forty (40) selected beach resorts in the Babak district were determined using simple random sampling of who responded to the surveys. Mean and Pearson r were used as statistical tools. Researchers used survey questionnaires adapted from two different studies. Results showed that the sustainability practices were very high, indicating that the beach resorts in Babak district minimized their environmental impact and contributed positively to the local community and economy. The financial performance results were high, suggesting they have successfully managed their resources and generated profits. The correlation between the two variables was found to be insignificant. This implies that sustainability practices and the financial performance of beach resorts in the Babak district do not consistently impact financial performance.
