As for the overall correlation of the two variables, it shows that there is no significant correlation between customer satisfaction and sales performance of the restaurants in Babak. The lack of significant from customer satisfaction on sales performance suggests other factors, such as a customer trying a restaurant but not being able to afford to return due to a limited budget.
