This research investigated the relationship between financial well-being and work engagement of the employees of a credit cooperative in the Island Garden City of Samal. The data for this study came from fifty-five respondents who participated in completing the survey and was collected using a non-experimental quantitative design. The researchers used a total population sampling of all regular employees. The statistical tool used to analyze the data were Mean, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient (Pearson-r), and Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The study found that financial well-being manifests with a high descriptive level. it is understood that the level of the financial well-being of employees is oftentimes manifested. Work engagement with its indicators, particularly in vigor, dedication, and absorption, indicates a high descriptive level and shows that items of the work engagement of employees are oftentimes evident. The study establishes a statistically significant relationship between financial well-being and employees; work engagement. Moreover, financial well-being showed a positive influence on work engagement. The researchers recommended that the cooperative implement financial wellness programs, including seminars and workshops, which will help improve employees' well-being and gain more knowledge on how to improve their finances.
