This means that employees do their work effectively and perform outstandingly. Moreover, the attitude of non-financial incentives is very high. This suggest that employees hold a positive attitude toward non-financial incentives. Furthermore, this study's finding revealed a significant relationship between the two variables, employees' performance and attitude towards non-financial incentives. This implied highlighting the potential for maintaining organizational effectiveness through targeted incentive strategies. The study suggested that the beach owners may maintain the non-financial incentives given to their employees to maintain their performance level in the selected beach resorts of Babak District, Island Garden City of Samal.
