Disaster preparedness among NSTP education students of UM Panabo College basis for training program

Abstract
This study aim to understand on how 106 NSTP2 education students at UM Panabo College are prepared for disasters. Using a non-experimental quantitative design using mean. A 15-question survey was used to measure the students' preparedness, resulting as evident with an overall total mean score of 3.54. I attend seminars about being prepared for a disaster hosted by my school. Describe as high evident with a total mean score of 4.52 means that the NSTP2 education students frequently attend school hosted seminars on disaster preparedness. I do not participate in tha practice drills hosted by my school. Describe as least evident with a total mean score is 2.36 describe that the NSTP 2 education students in UM PANABO COLLEGE generally not participating in school hosted practice drills. Data were collected through questionnaires, and descriptive statistics like mean were used to summarize the results. The findings show that the students have a moderate level of disaster preparedness, indicating a need for improved training and resources to better prepare them for emergencies.
