The increasing demand for parking spaces in malls has led to the need for an efficient and convenient parking system. This study aimed to develop a smart parking system with a web-based application for malls using computer vision technology. The proposed system utilizes cameras and image processing algorithms to detect and track the availability of parking spaces. A web-based application was also developed to provide real-time information on the availability of parking spaces to mall visitors. The system was tested and evaluated in a mall setting, and the results showed that it was able to accurately detect and track the availability of parking spaces. The web-based application was also user-friendly and provided useful information to mall visitors. The proposed system was able to reduce the time spent searching for parking spaces and improve the overall parking experience for mall visitors. This study demonstrates the potential of computer vision technology in solving the parking problem in malls and highlights the benefits of a smart parking system with a web-based application. The results of this study can be used as a basis for future research on the development of smart parking systems for other types of parking areas.
