Abstract
This study examined the relationship between Financial Literacy and Income Management Practice of Tricycle Drivers in the Island Garden City of Samal. using adapted and modified questionnaires, 300 respondents out of 1353 population provided data through random sampling. As statistical instruments, mean, Pearson-R, and regression analysis were applied. The results show that budgeting and financial literacy have a little optimistic correlation, spending has no discernible relationship, saving has a substantial positive correlation, and investing has a moderate but positive correlation. Income management practices are somewhat but significantly improved by financial literacy. This suggests that the more knowledgeable they are about financial literacy, the more effective they apply these practices to their daily financial decisions. The analysis reveals a statistically significant. This show that financial literacy positively impacts income management practices, significantly influencing how tricycle drivers manage their income. With higher financial literacy, tricycle drivers are more likely to make wise judgements and manage their money in an adaptable manner, according to the study.
