This study investigates the differences in financial literacy among beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamil;yang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in the Island Garden City of Samal, analyzing factors such as gender, age, education, and civil status. A total of 130 participants from three districts were randomly selected and assessed using a descriptive quantitative approach. The statistical analysis employed included Mean, ANOVA, and T-tests, with data gathered through a questionnaire utilizing a 5-point Likert Scale. The findings revealed that the beneficiaries exhibited strong financial literacy, demonstrating very high levels of financial behavior, financial knowledge, financial awareness, and financial skills. Notably, the study found no significant differences in financial literacy based on the respondents' demographic profiles. Based on these results, the study recommends that impoverished families seek alternative sources of income and adopt effective family planning strategies to better manage financial challenges. It also underscores the importance of providing targeted financial literacy education to enhance the financial capabilities of these families.
