Abstract
The study aimed to determine the relationship between Green Human Resource Management practices and Employee Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment in Panabo City. The independent variable of the study is Green Human Resource Management Practices with indicators of green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green reward management and green employee involvement. On the other hand, the dependent variable of the study is employee motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The researcher used the descriptive correlation and non-correlational method and random sampling method in determining the number of respondents and the statistical tools were Mean and Pearson-r. The result of the computation using the R-value is 0.506 (EM), 0.625 (JS), 0.693 (OC), which is associated with the significant value of (0.000) of p-value, which is less than the alpha of 0.05. Moreover, both of the three dependent variables Ho are rejected since the p-value is less than 0.05. It means that there is a significant relationship between the four variables. It implies that green human resource management practices in terms of green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green reward management and green employee involvement can affect employee motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in BFAR offices, Panabo City.
