The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the awareness of disaster risk reduction and the extent integration among employees at the University of Mindanao Panabo College. The independent variable in this study is Awareness of Disaster Risk Reduction, and the dependent variable is the extent integration among employees at the University of Mindanao Panabo College. The indicators used in the independent variable are disaster-related knowledge, disaster preparedness and readiness, disaster adaptation, disaster awareness, and disaster risk perception. Meanwhile, dependent factors in this study include attitude and action, school policy, and preparedness planning. This study included 55 employees from the University of Mindanao Panabo College, both teaching and non-teaching personnel. The researchers utilized a quantitative- descriptive approach to study the link between disaster risk reduction awareness and extent of integration among employees at the University of Mindanao Panabo College. The level of understanding about catastrophe risk mitigation was calculated using the mean. The overall mean of the dependent variable is 4.33. During the same time, the independent variable was 4.55. As a result of the findings, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between awareness of disaster and risk reduction and extent integration among employees at the University of Mindanao Panabo College.
