This study examines the significant relationship between the assessment of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and green behavior at TADECO. The independent variable, GHRM, is evaluated using indicators like green recruitment, training, performance management, rewards, and empowerment, while the dependent variable, green behavior is assessed through two primary indicators: task-related green behavior and voluntary green behavior. Using a non-experimental quantitative research design, employing the descriptive correlation technique, this study analyzed the statistical relationship between these variables. 80 employees from TADECO were selected as respondents using random sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires, ensuring reliability through Cronbach's Alpha analysis and validity through panel and research adviser reviews. Results revealed that TADECO implements green human resource management practices among employees, leading to positive outcomes and assessment of the company. The overall mean for the assessment of green human resource management practices was 4.17, indicating a high level of practices, while green behavior received an overall mean of 4.37, considered very high. Additionally, the findings showed a significant relationship between the assessment of green human resource management practices and the green behavior of TADECO. This suggests that the implementation of the assessment of green human resource management practices positively influences the company.
