Shaping leadership dynamics of foreman: A qualitative study

This study aimed to examine the Leadership Dynamics of Foremen through the lens of BSBA Human Resource Management students at UM Panabo College. The categorical variables of this study are Perceptions of Leadership Dynamics of Foremen, Strategies regarding the challenges of leadership, and Insights/Reflections that can be generated from the findings. The researchers conducted an in-depth interview with selected Foremen. The study engaged seven (7) foreman from one company here in Panabo City. Moreover, researchers made consent letters to the participants to conduct the interview. The researchers used a research questionnaire, and the informants answered each question through a face-to-face interview. Furthermore, the researcher made use of a transcript to analyze the data.
The findings show that Foreman leadership dynamics have a profound impact in overall performance. They play a pivotal role in facilitating organizational success by strategizing, guiding teams, and enforcing productivity measures. These includes the challenges they faced as a leader, their team communication, and their ways of leadership. The foreman have developed techniques to cope with their struggles. It includes navigating tough decisions, strengthened communication, and encouraging their subordinates. These adaptive strategies assist foreman to be effective as a leader and making substantial contributions to the success of their organizations.
