Total quality management and employee job performance among WADECOR Employee Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Multi-Purpose Cooperative employees

This study aimed to determine the relationship between total quality management and employee job performance in Wadecor Employee Agrarian reform beneficiaries multipurpose employees. The Total Quality Management indicators used in this study are leadership, people management, customer focus, planning, and process management. The independent variable has an overall mean of 4.11 described as high and the Employee Job Performance dependent variable has overall mean of 4.17 described as high. The researchers used quantitative non-experimental design, with fifty (50) employees among Wadecor Employee Agrarian reform beneficiaries multipurpose to analyze the relationship between total quality management and employee job performance. The statistical methods used in this study were weighted mean and Pearson-r. The computed r-value is 0.01 and is associated with p-value of 0.000, less than 0.05. As a result, the null hypothesis is rejected. Therefore, there is significant relationship between total quality management and employee job performance among Wadecor Employee Agrarian reform beneficiaries multipurpose employees.
