The study aims to determine the relationship between managers leadership style and satisfaction in Marsman Drysdale Panabo Agri-Ventures Incorporated. The independent variable is managers leadership style with the indicators transformational and transactional leadership. On the other hand, the dependent variable of this is satisfaction. The researchers used the descriptive correlation method to describe the level of the two variables and the statistical tools used are Mean and Pearson-r. The result of the computation using the r value is 0.550 which is associated with a p-value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05. Thus, there is a significant relationship between managers leadership style and satisfaction in Marsman Drysdale Panabo Agri-Ventures Incorporated. The result of the study shows that managers leadership style in Marsman Drysdale Panabo has significant relationship with satisfaction.
