Working environment and employees' performance of Jollibee employees in Panabo City

This study aimed to determine the relationship between work environment and employee performance among Jollibee employees in Panabo. The study's variation is the work environment and employee performance. The independent variable, the work environment, has a mean of 4.31; the indicators are supervisor support, performance feedback, and work incentives. In contrast, the dependent variable is employee performance, with a mean of 4.14. The indicators are physical environment, management/leadership style, and training or development. The researchers used the quantitative-descriptive design to examine the relationship between the work environment and employee performance. Employees from Jollibee in Panabo City took part in this study. The study included 86 employees from Jollibee Panabo. The statistical tools used in this study were mean and Pearson-r. The calculated r-value is 0.739, corresponding to a p-value of 0.000, less than 0.05. It means that the null hypothesis is rejected. According to the findings, there is a significant relationship between work environment and employee performance among Jollibee Panabo employees.
