Abstract
This study aims to determine the significant relationship between recruitment and employees’ equal opportunity among selected fast food chain staffs in Panabo City. To answer this question, the researcher conducted a survey using a survey questionnaire containing questions about employees' recruitment and employees’ equal opportunity, there is a total of 95 employees as the respondents of this research. The statistical tools used were mean, Pearson-r. Purposive sampling will be utilized in the study since there exist criteria for which how they handle the recruitment. Results revealed that the level of recruitment of selected fast food chain staffs in Panabo City in terms of function was very high and selection techniques and factor is very high. For the level of employees’ equal opportunity of selected fast food chain staffs in Panabo City in terms of equal management policy is always manifested. The overall mean of level of recruitment is 4.69 described as very high and the level of employee equal opportunity is 4.74 described as very high. Furthermore, the p-value result was 0.000 which indicates that there is a significant relationship between recruitment and employees’ equal opportunity of selected fast food chain staffs in Panabo City. This study emphasizes that recruiting an employee are really focusing on the capability to have an equal opportunity in every applicant.
